Customer support is intended for anyone using any of our company’s services.
Using a special application, all requests that we get by phone or e-mail are entered into our system. Each customer is treated as an individual, and may request an overview of all interventions in their system at the end of each month.
Our customer support department aims to eliminate any errors that interfere with the normal system operation as quickly as possible. We are also doing our best to implement all the wishes, suggestions and requests as quickly as possible.
